United Way of Morgan County: Housing

In 2025, the Colorado Equity Compass launched a Data Use Learning Collaborative, providing a paid opportunity for community-based organizations to gain practical skills using data to promote equity. Organizations worked with the Equity Data Navigator and data about the social determinants of health data to learn about the needs of the communities they serve.

This story product comes from CEC Data Use Learning Collaborative awardee United Way of Morgan County. United Way explored housing issues in their community, including the need for more affordable housing and renters’ protections. They gathered existing data and created a “community snapshot” tool to capture anecdotes and information about their housing needs in the community.
